San Miguel is made of Terracotta, and our nominal thickness is 1/2”-⅝” thick, slightly thicker than other products in our line. 

All of these products  in-stock and available. If for some reason we are out of stock, expect approximately 6 weeks to have your order filled. 

No, our Zellige tile is produced in Mexico but still maintains a similar variability in finish like Moroccan Zellige. Unlike Moroccan Zellige, our methods allow for more consistent availability, price, and installation practices.

We recommend using a sanded grout. Grout color is at your discretion as it will have a big influence on the design you are trying to achieve with this product.

Our standard grout spacing is ⅛” for all tiles.

We do not recommend using these product as flooring tiles and therefor cannot use over radiant heated floors

Yes, however we do offer an added service (Project Services: 3D Modeling) that renders your space down to-the-tile, thus providing the take-off. The initial deposit for this service is $500. The added cost of the service is 10% the cost of the tile.

No, but in Metro we offer the following speciality shapes: Scallop, Diamond, Star & Cross, Picket in both 90 an 120 degrees, Weave, Bow Tie, Harlequin and Hexigon.  

Our field tiles are sold by the box, with each box containing 5 sqft. You must order in increments of 5 sqft for all field tiles.
